How we work
Building made simple, and enjoyable
Building a home has a lot of moving parts. Our process takes the worry off your shoulders, so you can enjoy creating your dream home.
Consultation and site visit
We meet you on the block, walk the site and talk through your brief, budget and timeframe. It is free and there is no obligation.
Design
We work with you, or with your architect or designer, to develop plans that suit the site, the budget and the way you live.
Fixed-price contract
Once the design is settled you receive a detailed, fixed-price building contract with clear inclusions, so there are no surprises later.
Selections
Choose finishes and fittings in stages through the build, with guidance from our team, rather than making every decision on day one.
Construction
Your dedicated project manager runs the site and our in-house trades, with regular updates and site meetings so you always know where things stand.
Handover
A thorough final inspection and walkthrough before you get the keys, with QBCC Home Warranty cover and ongoing support after you move in.

Founded by Brendan Clohesy in 2012, FEZ Constructions combines boutique residential building with deep commercial and industrial experience. That mix gives our clients the care of a small builder with the systems and know-how of a much larger one.

From Noosa to Caloundra and up into the hinterland, we build custom homes and renovations right across the region.
What areas do you build in?
We build across the Sunshine Coast, from Noosa and Peregian through Coolum, Marcoola, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Kawana and Caloundra, and throughout the hinterland including Nambour, Maleny and Montville. Our office is in Rosemount.
Do you build from our own plans?
Yes. We are happy to price and build plans from your architect or designer, or we can manage the design for you through our design and build service.
Will we deal with the builder directly?
Yes. You deal directly with Brendan and your dedicated project manager from the first meeting through to handover. There are no sales consultants in between.
Are you licensed and insured?
FEZ Constructions holds QBCC licence 15037339 and is fully insured. All residential work over the QBCC threshold is covered by QBCC Home Warranty Insurance.
Do you do commercial work as well as homes?
Yes. As well as custom homes and renovations, we deliver commercial and industrial projects including supermarkets, mixed-use buildings, multi-residential, service stations and warehouses.
