Rosemount is where FEZ Constructions is based, and our Cormie Place project is a short walk from the office. We know the local soils, the slopes, the council and the trades, and we are never more than a few minutes from your site.
The Nambour district mixes established town blocks, larger suburban lots and rural acreage. That means a wide range of projects, from renovations of character homes in Nambour to new family homes in Rosemount and acreage builds around Palmwoods, Woombye and Yandina.
