Kawana and Palmview are home to some of the Sunshine Coast's newest communities. Many land buyers here assume they need to use a volume builder. They do not. As an independent builder, we can build a fully custom home in most estates.
Estate lots usually come with design guidelines covering facades, materials, roof form, fencing and landscaping, and plans need estate approval before building approval. We design to the guidelines and manage the submissions for you.
Along the canals and lakes of Kawana Waters and Birtinya, and the beachside streets of Warana, Bokarina and Wurtulla, we also build waterfront homes and knockdown rebuilds of older properties.
