Dual occupancy projects live or die on planning. We check zoning, lot size, setbacks, parking and the relevant council planning scheme before design, then manage the approvals. Where you plan to sell or rent separately, we design with titling in mind from the start.
Our background in commercial and multi-residential construction means we are comfortable with the extra coordination these projects need: separate services, fire separation between dwellings, acoustic performance and staged handovers.

We work with you, or with your architect or designer, to develop plans that suit the site, the budget and the way you live.

Fixed-price contract
Once the design is settled you receive a detailed, fixed-price building contract with clear inclusions, so there are no surprises later.

Selections
Choose finishes and fittings in stages through the build, with guidance from our team, rather than making every decision on day one.

Construction
Your dedicated project manager runs the site and our in-house trades, with regular updates and site meetings so you always know where things stand.

Handover
A thorough final inspection and walkthrough before you get the keys, with QBCC Home Warranty cover and ongoing support after you move in.
Can I build a duplex on my block?
It depends on the zoning, lot size, frontage and the planning scheme that applies to your property. We check this before you spend money on design and give you a clear answer on what is possible.
Can the two dwellings be sold separately?
Often yes, but it depends on the approval and titling. We design with your end goal in mind and work with your surveyor and solicitor on titling.
Do you build townhouse developments?
Yes. We build small townhouse and villa projects for land owners and developers, drawing on our commercial and multi-residential experience.
