Living on the coast means living outside. We design and build pools, decks, alfresco rooms and outdoor kitchens, either as part of your new home or as a project on their own.

Planned with the house, not as an afterthought
The best outdoor spaces are designed at the same time as the home. When the pool, alfresco, kitchen and living areas are planned together, levels line up, sightlines work, and services like drainage, power and gas are in place before the slab goes down.
Because we offer pools and outdoor spaces in-house alongside building, plumbing and electrical, you deal with one team instead of coordinating a builder, a pool company and a landscaper yourself.
We also build outdoor projects on their own. One family came to us for an outdoor entertaining space and we worked with them on everything from the choice of timber to the size of the deck and the pitch of the roof.

Consultation and site visit
We meet you on the block, walk the site and talk through your brief, budget and timeframe. It is free and there is no obligation.

Design
We work with you, or with your architect or designer, to develop plans that suit the site, the budget and the way you live.

Fixed-price contract
Once the design is settled you receive a detailed, fixed-price building contract with clear inclusions, so there are no surprises later.

Selections
Choose finishes and fittings in stages through the build, with guidance from our team, rather than making every decision on day one.

Construction
Your dedicated project manager runs the site and our in-house trades, with regular updates and site meetings so you always know where things stand.

Handover
A thorough final inspection and walkthrough before you get the keys, with QBCC Home Warranty cover and ongoing support after you move in.

Do pools need approval in Queensland?
Yes. Pools need building approval, and the pool barrier must comply with the Queensland pool safety standard and be inspected. The pool must also be registered on the QBCC pool safety register.
Can you build a deck on a sloping block?
Yes. Elevated decks on sloping sites are common on the Sunshine Coast. We engineer the footings and structure to suit the site and the wind rating.
